Bus and Protocols analyzers and generators are very usefull for test and development engineers for rapid and simple :

of electronic systems, boards, components or devices but also for drivers or firmware testing.

These products give a very easy understanding of complex protocols. It is not anymore necessary to know the meaning of every detailed bit of the bus (serial or parallel) as tehy are clearly decoded and expanded by the tool for the user.
